We developed an internal operation in Brazil using returning trucks, to move coffee from Minas Gerais and Sao Paulo to the port of Santos. At the port, we maximize the efficiency of the operation by shipping the cargo in containers using bags or with Liners. The mode depended on the infrastructure at destination.

Food products from Brazil to Angola
We represented a major food producer of soy butter and soy oil, to commercialize his products in Angola. Due to specific logistics and commercial needs, our process proved to be more efficient and less risky. We developed a specialized network to guarantee the product flow and payments.

Full vessels of soybeans from Brazil to north of Europe
We developed a project with a group of soy producers in Brasil to export their cargo to specific markets in Europe. Their goal is to increase their freedom and independency regarding the major trading companies acting today in the market.
With economies of scale, the exporters were able to maximize their earnings and by diversifying their client base, minimize their exposure.

Due to the small production and the handling requirements, we developed a container operation using liner to the north of Europe. In partnership with specialized grain terminals at destination, e decreased the distance between the producers to the final user.

We identified an opportunity to sale soy meal in small scale using containers. With containers, we saved on the intermediation, storage, and inland at destination. There are more containers terminals, therefore we were able to sale small volumes direct to the user increasing efficiency and saving on the logistics cost.

Sugar Operation to South Africa

We worked together with an investment fund from USA to secure the product with major sugar producers in Brazil. With containers, we saved on the intermediation, storage, and inland at destination. There are more containers terminals, therefore we were able to sale small volumes direct to the user increasing efficiency and saving on the logistics cost.

Yellow Corn in containers to West Africa
West Africa is one of the regions that need the most access of food products and resources that we have ever worked with. Unfortunately, due to high risks and political uncertainties has one of the most expensive logistics and operation costs in the world. We worked with local distributors to identify the best solution to supply this market with yellow corn in containers. With containers, we made possible for small farmers to have access to a good and competitive price of yellow corn for animal feeding.
